• Supervise the flow of assets to the relevant e-commerce team.
• Artwork update summary (including old and new component codes, links to digital assets, etc.,). 

We will collaborate with your cross-functional teams to provide a comprehensive, end-to-end service. 

• Attend meetings and provide necessary updates.
• Work with internal & external partners to gather artwork changes.
• Acquire necessary approvals for copy & translations (as required).
• Coordinate with in-house design teams and your external agency partners until the final art is ready.
• Provide the necessary artwork brief, marketing copy document, etc., as required by your organization.
• Follow through with your organization’s artwork management system (BLUE, e-flow, etc.) – from approvals through the uploading of files and documents.
